Shadow Work

Service Description

Shadow work sessions are a 1 hour deep dive session into exploring what behaviors cause your spirit to become distressed. By examining these behaviors and identifying the root of where these defensive behaviors come from the individual is able to validate those traumas and heal from them without allowing them control our behaviors in a way that is not beneficial to self. This session would be the equivalent to a therapy session for your spiritual health and development. Tools discovered in shadow work sessions can be combined with clinical therapy to allow for healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
